Board meetings are recorded and archived on YouTube.
Public Comment
Meetings are open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend. A 30-minute public comment period is typically held at the beginning of each meeting. Individuals may speak for up to three minutes during public comment or public hearings.
To speak, sign up first:
- In person: Use the sign-up sheet on the podium outside the meeting room before the meeting begins.
- Online: Visit the Commissioners’ Meeting Portal and find the meeting you wish to attend under “Upcoming Meetings.” Click the Delegation Request icon, complete the form and submit your request.
