Active Alamance is a free mobile app designed to connect residents and visitors with everything offered by Alamance County’s recreation and parks departments. Available on the App Store and Google Play, the app brings together information from departments across the county — including Burlington, Mebane, Graham, Elon, Green Level, Haw River, and Alamance Parks — into one easy-to-use platform.
With Active Alamance, you can explore parks, trails, playgrounds, rental facilities, and stay up to date on official recreation programs and events like festivals, classes, concerts, and sports leagues. Built by the community for the community, the app features interactive maps, smart filters, and a live events calendar — all focused on what’s managed by our local recreation and parks departments. Whether you’re planning a weekend adventure or signing up for youth sports, Active Alamance makes it simple to play, explore, and connect.
