The Parent Engagement Program (PEP) is a six-month leadership academy for parents and caregivers in the Alamance County area. Through a partnership between Impact Alamance and Parents for Public Schools (PPS), PEP equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to advocate for their children, strengthen family–school partnerships, and support equitable access to high-quality education for all students. Eligibility Requirements: 1) Must be a parent or caregiver of a student enrolled in a school within Alamance County, 2) Able to commit to attending all scheduled program sessions, 3) Willing to complete a personal leadership plan following the conclusion of the program. Application Window: March 1 – April 30.
