We increase our community’s capacity to support children, families, and organizations throughout Alamance County by joining forces with community groups. Together, we are building leaders, achieving more than the sum of our individual efforts and boosting our collective impact.
To enhance the organizational health of our partnerships, we offer the following capacity-building resources to grantees and nonprofit partners to strengthen their growth.
This nine-month program provides nonprofit and government leaders with foundational leadership skills that are essential to enhancing their development and advancing the mission of their organizations or agencies. This program also serves as an opportunity to be introduced to our growing partnership and resource network.
We offer tailored training opportunities for board development to current and past participants of the Leadership Institute.
Impact Alamance works to build the capacity of local nonprofits to further support and sustain the services they offer to our community. We support their ability to operate and to strengthen and enhance core infrastructure so they can deliver quality programming more effectively and efficiently. In addition, we match nonprofits with a consultant who can provide organizational assessments, strategic planning, marketing planning, fundraising planning and more. Impact Alamance will directly pay for the consultant services once an application for capacity building technical assistance is approved.
If you have any questions, please call our VP of Programs, Marcy Green at 336-395-7014 or Marcy.Green@conehealth.com.
Many nonprofits lack the time, skills and resources to focus on grant writing. Therefore, many grant opportunities that could improve and enhance health opportunities in our community are not pursued.
In response to this need, Impact Alamance offers grant-writing services free of charge to organizations that qualify. If you are interested in this service, please submit a grant assistance application form posted below. Applications will be accepted year-round.
