  • Please describe an effective teacher leader and how you have demonstrated these traits with your students and peers. (3-5 paragraphs)
  • How do you envision participating in the Teacher Leadership Academy will improve student learning? (3-5 paragraphs)
  • Please review the topics and goals of the Teacher Leadership Academy. How do you envision being a leader in your community as a result of the experience? (3-5 paragraphs)

    A principal endorsement is needed to complete your application. Your application will not be reviewed until we have received an endorsement from your principal.
