The Alamance Partnership for Children is pleased to announce that now all children birth to five in Alamance County are eligible to be a part of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL). Thanks to a grant from Impact Alamance, now all parents can sign their children to receive books through DPIL. This program sends a developmentally appropriate book through the mail to enrolled children each month. The books continue to be sent up until the child’s fifth birthday. This allows children to accumulate a great library of their very own.
Parents can visit the Partnership’s web site and download an application – www.alamancechildren.org or they can call the Partnership office at 336-513-0063 and sign up over the phone.
